Please stop shutting down businesses in Colorado!
Today, the Obama Administration shut down its 47th locally-approved medical marijuana business in Colorado. These tax-paying businesses were in full compliance with all local and state laws and, most importantly, were providing much-needed medicine to sick Coloradans.
In the past, you promised that states who pass these compassionate medical marijuana laws will not face interference from the federal government. Please keep your promise!
Please tell your Justice Department and the Colorado U.S. Attorney John Walsh to stop these attacks on state-licensed businesses and the patients they serve.
