I am a constituent in District 43 and was sharply disappointed that you refuse to let the wine shipping bill come up for a vote this year in spite of the strong support it receives from your committee. Neither of the arguments you espouse - underage access or inability to collect Maryland tax - have been concerns in the 37 other states that allow this consumer convenience and ring hollow to me. I am sorry that you do not represent your constituents' views on this matter and hope you will reconsider.
