Subject: Open Letter of Concern to The Trustees

Open letter to:

Mr. Todd Nielson, trustee for Bankruptcy case number 2:08-bk-32349-BR Ezri Namvar
Mr. Richard Pachulski,lead attorney for Mr.Nielson;
Mr. Brad Sharp, trustee for Bankruptcy case number 2:08-bk-32333-BR, NAMCO CAPITAL GROUP INC.,
Mr. David Poitras,lead attorney for Mr. Sharp.

Gentlemen:

On March 31, 2010 a petition on behalf of over 230 unsecured creditors totaling over $160 million, opposing the "Approval of Sale Procedures" for the Wilshire/Bundy property as well as sale of all other properties and assets of the above estates was filed.

On April 28, 2010, declarations signed by nearly 300 unsecured creditors totaling over $210 million was filed opposing the sale of the Wilshire Bundy Property.
As a concerned member of this community, I am deeply troubled about your conduct of these cases.
I am calling on you to listen to the will of the creditors and STOP YOUR ATTEMPTS to sell off this property.
Most, if not a good portion of the unsecured creditors are simple hard working and small business persons, or retired seniors and widows. These people have announced loudly and clearly to you that they are willing to WAIT.

At the same time there are a considerable number of creditors who are real estate professionals with deep knowledge and sophistication of this area's real estate market and history. They have also announced loudly and clearly to you, they are willing to WAIT.

Concurrently there are community members of high regard who are working to prepare a plan of reorganization. The plan shall include keeping the properties for disposition under better market conditions as well as paying off those who have most of their money tied up in these two estates. The plan shall also include funds to pay off the professionals who have given their time and effort during the bankruptcy period.

Gentlemen:
I ask you, I beseech you to listen and take into account the will of the creditors and our community. In these economic times, it is absolutely wrong to sell these properties. Think of your legacy. Think of your reputation. Think of all these people who are looking to you to protect their interests. Do not disregard their wishes.

BOTH CREDITOR COMMITTEES HAVE OPPOSED THE SALE OF WILSHIRE/BUNDY.
DO NOT AUCTION OFF THE PROPERTIES. LISTEN TO THE WILL OF THE CREDITORS.
