Description

A real estate developer has proposed to build a large Chase Bank with 3 drive-through lanes near the corner of Gross Point and Crawford. Edgemark Development, LLC has asked the City to re-zone property from residential to business so the bank can be built. They have also asked the City to repeal the law against new drive-through facilities in this area.

We would welcome a new bank or other business to our neighborhood as long as it complies with the current law, which could easily be done.
